A Record-Breaking Year!

THANK YOU! The first-ever virtual Greta’s Run was a huge success. More than 555 of you ran, walked, or rolled to help us continue this important tradition in memory of Westfield High School student Greta Schoenemann.

Together, we raised more than $110,000 in support of Imagine’s free grief support services.

You can see our 2020 Greta’s Run photo album right on our Facebook page.

If you didn’t get a chance and would like to make a gift to Imagine, you can do that here.

Thank you again and see you next year!

Congratulations to Our Top Fundraisers!

About

Two adults pushing a disabled person in a strollerOne of the largest 5k’s in the area, Greta’s Run was founded in memory of Greta Schoenemann by her childhood friends Ben Nanna and Jayne Ruotolo. Greta was a Westfield High School freshman when she died from injuries sustained when a tree branch fell on her and her classmates during lunch.

Greta’s story and the way our community has shown up to support this event has been inspiring us for years. It’s why we’re so grateful to be the new home of Greta’s Run, with all proceeds supporting our mission here at Imagine.
