Supporting Children, Teens, and Adults Coping with Loss

Supporting Children, Teens, and Adults Coping with Loss

What’s the most important thing we can teach children? “Teach them how to lose.” Dr. Henry Cloud

Open to all members of the community please join Imagine for a workshop Supporting Children, Teens, and Adults Coping with Loss, and invite your friends and family. Ideal for parents, caregivers, social workers, teachers and therapists, co-workers and your employees. CE credits available for social workers.

The workshop is designed to normalize grief and loss and create resilient communities able to support all those who grieve during times of loss and life transition. You will receive information on grief and loss, its impact on children and teens, the role shame plays as part of many people’s experience of grief, and what you can do to support children (or adults) coping with a loss. Click HERE for more information on our education programs.

Providing education and training is essential to our mission. We hope you’ll come and experience just one aspect of what Imagine is doing to build Good Mourning™ Communities.
