JOIN US FOR UPCOMING EVENTS

We often struggle to find the words to talk to kids about life-changing diagnoses, illness and death. Sometimes, we feel so unsure of what to say that we don’t say anything at all. But our kids need to be given the opportunity to engage in honest conversations about these life-changing events. Those attending the webinar will learn to:

  • Understand why it’s important to talk to kids about death
  • Create opportunities to develop children’s understanding of death
  • Normalize conversations about death and grief
  • Provide concrete tools and language to use in these conversations

Join Imagine for a 3-day, experiential training designed to deepen your understanding of grief and strengthen your ability to support children, teens, and families who are grieving.

Led by Veronica C. Ortiz, LPC and Abigail Priece, LPC, this small-group training (limited to 12 participants) combines personal reflection with hands-on practice using the same companioning model at the heart of Imagine’s peer support groups.

Who Should Attend: Mental health professionals, educators, clergy, community members, and anyone supporting families who are grieving.

Join us on Thursday, July 30th for our 3rd Annual Night Out with the Somerset Patriots!

This fun-filled, family-friendly evening is open to everyone in the community, with all proceeds benefiting Imagine. Enjoy an exciting game and a special pregame event featuring our very own Lindsay Schambach.

Don’t miss out on a great night of baseball, community, and giving back!
